This premiere issue puts the spotlight on Mora Italian in Phoenix, Arizona, where we celebrated our second anniversary this past February. While I moved to Arizona for the opportunity to get off the grid, I couldn’t escape the fact that there’s so much excitement happening on the culinary landscape. Many great chefs and restaurants are already in town—in fact, my favorite Italian place in the whole country is right here, along with a solid Italian community that I’ve been blessed to tap into.
